2. Introduction to LED panel light structure
2.1 Panel light aluminum frame
The panel light aluminum frame is the main channel for LED heat dissipation. The appearance is simple and generous. Using T6063, the extrusion mold, the mold opening cost is low, and the processing cost is low; the stretched aluminum frame has a low IP rating, good surface texture, and overall beautiful appearance.
2.2 Aluminium frame link method
Detachable link corner
Use a right-angle fitting to link the two aluminum profiles, and lock the corner screws to link them.
Advantages: free to disassemble and assemble
Disadvantages: Need to lock screws, labor-intensive, slow assembly, and need to reserve corner slots.
Non-detachable welding
Use an electric welder to directly weld the two aluminum profiles together.
Advantages: The production speed is relatively high, no corner grooves are required.
Disadvantages: Need to configure a professional welding machine, and higher requirements for production personnel.
2.3 diffuser
The light of the light guide plate is uniformly led out, and it can also play the role of blurring the dots. Diffusion plates generally use acrylic 2.0 sheets or PC materials, almost PS materials, acrylic has a lower cost and a slightly higher light transmittance than PC, acrylic is brittle and has weak anti-aging properties, and PC is slightly expensive, but it has anti-aging properties Strong. After the diffuser is installed, the dots cannot be seen, and the light transmittance should be around 90%. Acrylic transmittance is 92%, PC is 92%, and PS is about 90%.
2.4 Light guide plate
The light guide plate uses optical grade acrylic sheet, and then uses high-tech materials with extremely high reflectivity and non-light absorption, and UV screen printing technology is used to print the light guide dots on the bottom surface of the optical grade acrylic sheet. The optical grade acrylic sheet is used to absorb the light emitted from the lamp and stays on the surface of the optical grade acrylic sheet. When the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will spread to all angles, and then destroy the reflection condition and exit from the front of the light guide plate. The light guide plate can emit light evenly through a variety of dense and different light guide points. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate mainly depends on the design of the dots, followed by the quality of the plate.
2.5 reflective paper/reflective paper
Reflect the remaining light on the back of the light guide plate to improve light efficiency.
2.6 Backplane
There are two types of backplanes: one is the bendable backplane and the non-bendable backplane. Its main function is to seal the LED panel light. Generally, 1060 aluminum, iron plate, aluminum-plastic plate are used, which can also play a role in heat dissipation.
2.7 Foam pad cotton
Commonly used material pad cotton: PVC, EVA, pearl cotton, sponge pad and so on. The main function is to make the back plate, light guide plate, diffuser plate and aluminum frame better fit and press tightly.
2.8 Guard coil

2.9 Fastening parts
Fastening piece: deform the aluminum back plate to achieve the purpose of fixing the back plate.
Advantages: 1. The assembly speed is relatively fast. 2. It can ensure that the back of the panel light is flat.
Disadvantages: 1. The disassembly is relatively slow. 2. When assembling, it is necessary to press the back plate strongly. 3. The back plate needs to be bent. 4. Relatively high requirements for the size of the backplane.
Screw: The pressure generated by the screw and the thread of the aluminum frame has achieved the purpose of fixing the back plate.
Advantages: 1. Convenient disassembly (unfavorable for multiple disassembly and assembly), and the shape of the back plate is not restricted.
Disadvantages: 1. The back plate needs to reserve screw holes. 2. There will be screw heads on the back of the panel light. 3. The assembly speed is relatively slow.
